Host & Hostess Tips:
- Set a date
- Send invites via Facebook, email or post cards about 3-4 weeks before the party
- Invite guests to come 15 minutes before the instruction begins so they have time to mingle and get settled. For example: A paint party might begin at 6:00 pm ~ we’ll paint from 6:15 to 9:15, with a couple 5-10 minute breaks, then mix and Mingle while paintings dry for 15 minutes, so plan for the party itself to last about 3.5 hours
- Select the painting your guests will paint from my painting possibilities list
- Plan your menu sticking to simple or make -ahead items and make a shopping list
- Choose a fun playlist of favorite music (or music that goes along with your theme) to be playing in the background
A day or two day before…
- Shop for food, beverages, ice, napkins and any plastic dishes or utensils you may want to use
- Prepare any make-ahead items
- Call or message a reminder to your friends
Party Day…
- Set up tables and chairs (if needed I can supply 2 rectangular folding tables and chairs for up to 12 people)
- Decorate if you’d like
- Prepare food and beverages
- Instructor will arrive to set up 30 minutes before the party
- Start your chosen playlist
- Relax and enjoy the party!
